Junior Squad Programme & Routines
Junior Squad uses a set warm-up, apparatus stations, and a simple floor and vault routine structure.

Floor to low beam to high beamBeam basics should be built from the floor up to low beam or high beam. Confidence and control should be set before pushing the skill higher.
Junior Squad floor routine: the routine should be performed in this order. Where it says “choose one”, the gymnast picks one option for that section.
Arabesque
Start with a controlled arabesque shape.
Acro series — choose one
Round-off flick OR dive forward roll to handstand forward roll.
Skill choice — choose one
Backward roll to front support OR walkover.
Leap series
Chassé cat leap to chassé split leap.
Full spin
Complete the full spin with control.
Standout skill — choose one
Backward roll to front support OR backward walkover.
Full turn
Finish with a clear full turn.
Junior Vault
Competition vaultFloor & Vault Squad Programme & Routines
Floor & Vault Squad uses the same warm-up structure, but with more focus on floor skills, spins, full turn jumps, acro series, and vault handspring preparation.
Programme focus: Floor & Vault gymnasts should still use the set warm-up, then spend more time on floor, vault, turns, leaps and handspring preparation.

Use air track for round-off flick work, handstand forward rolls, dive forward rolls and stronger acro connections.
Vault Prep
Use air track when needed for arm swing, take-off shape, jump to handstand drills and handspring preparation.
Floor counts the best 8 skills, valued A to C, with no more than four C-value skills and no saltos. Gymnasts should choose the options that suit their current level.
