Beginners For children building confidence, shapes, jumps, rolls, balances and basic apparatus skills.
Intermediate For children with stronger basics who are ready to build more control, linking skills and progressions.
Advanced For children working harder progressions with more focus on technique, strength, consistency and confidence.
Junior Advanced Class A stronger advanced-level class for younger gymnasts working beyond standard recreational advanced, without being listed as Junior Squad.

Squad levels

Squad groups work towards more specific programmes and competition-style routines, while still keeping training varied across the apparatus.

Junior Squad Uses all equipment every session and works towards a programme of specific skills for in-club competitions.
Floor & Vault Squad Mainly trains towards competing floor and vault, while still getting opportunities on all apparatus including bars and beam.
Senior Elite Squad Training towards out-of-club competitions and performing on every apparatus at a high level.
